 RECOMMENDED USE OR PURPOSE: L-Arginine is a non-essential amino acid that helps in protein synthesis. Helps maintain cardiovascular functions. Source of the essential amino acids isoleucine, leucine, valine and lysine which help maintain good health. Helps in the formation of collagen. Helps the body to metabolize carbohydrates, proteins and fats.
 DURATION OF USE: For occasional use only.
 RECOMMENDED DOSE: Adults. Take one measurement per day. Mix the product well in 1 or 2 cups of liquid (water, juice, etc.) immediately before consuming. Take up to 1 hour before training, or during times of physical stress.
