This course is designed for people who have very little experience or never done during boxing, kickboxing and Muay Thai.

Training on the basis of this sports.. Learn the different technical ex: hook, upercut, kick, etc ...

- Learn to keep focus mites, or other pads.

- Knowing additional exercises ex: push-ups, sit-ups, squat ...
